Here is another old NOTD & KOTD.
As a base I used Essence - Out of my mind, a teal-green duochrome with green shimmer.
For Romanian readers, you can find this polish here at TheSocialButterfly.
Then I added a design from image plate BM05, using Essence Stampy black polish.
