Review: Blue flocking / velvet powder Manicure Kit from Bornprettystore

Hello everybody!

It's been two months since I last posted, but work takes up almost all my time. And between hectic work hours I prefer sleeping :)) I still do my nails, once a week and most of the times, without stamping...

But last week I received from Bornprettystore something  that I wanted to try for a long time: Blue Flocking Velvet Powder Manicure Kit. This is how it looks like:

The set contains:

One Sweet Color pink Calcium-fortified base coat
One Sweet color blue nail polish
One Blue Velvet powder
One Brush
One tweezer

Here is a closer look:

As you can see, the blue polish has some pink fine glitter, which I think it looks great.

So, I began applying the base coat:

Then I added one coat of blue polish:

Then I added the second coat (one nail at a time) and started applying the powder:

This is how my nails looked like after applying the powder:

I started cleaning the powder with the brush provided and here is the result:

I love the result and I have received many, many compliments! The colour is amazing and the texture is very smooth and velvet like :)

You can buy this set here, and you can use my coupon code (ALEXAK31) for 10% off!! You can find it here in 14 different colours!

Along with this set I have received a pair of moustache earrings and a moustache ring!

Do you like moustache accesories?

Have you tried flocking / velvet powder? Would you try it?

I hope you liked my post and I hope you will keep following my blog even if I post so rarely!

Thanks for reading!

KOTD: Gradient Day - Peacock manicure

Hello girls!

Here is another collaboration between Romanian beauty bloggers called "Gradient day".

This is an older manicure, but I hope you will like it.

For this gradient manicure I used:
China Glaze - Gaga for green (Base)
OPI - Jade is the new black
OPI - Suzi says Feng Shui (just a little bit on the tips)

For Romanian girls: you can buy China Glaze and OPI polishes (and many others) from Beauty in the Bottle.

Then I stamped a design from Bundle Monster image plate 212 using Flormar NA09.
On my ring finger I added some dots (with a dotting tool)using Sally Hansen - Frozen solid.

Here is the result:

I would like to know your opinion on this manicure!

KOTD: China Glaze - Bogie & BM 313 (and my 3rd Bundle Monster set)

Hello girls!

As I mentioned before on Facebook, I received the 3rd Bundle Monster set from my boyfriend (way back in August).

Today I will show you the entire set and my first manicure using the new image plates.

Here is how the set arrived. It contains 25 image plates.

And here are the image plates:

For my first manicure I used image plate BM-313 and China Glaze - Bogie. I stamped the design using Flormar - 112.

What do you think? Do you own the 3rd Bundle Monster set?
I would love to hear your opinions on this manicure! :)
