Review: KKcenterHk image plate B34

Hello everybody!

I know it has been a long, long time since I last posted, but due some unfortunate events in my life, I wasn't able to post these couple of months. These past months I haven't done my nails (I didn't have the mood, nor the time to do so), but now I am starting to get back to normal and I hope you will still be by my side (I would really appreciate some feedback from you, guys!)

I know this is a long overdue review, but here it is.

A few month ago I received image plate B34 from KKCenterHK.com. This is how it arrived:

I also received a scraper and stamp set.

The image plate comes with a plastic film on it (you have to remove it so you can use the image plate):

And here is how the designs look stamped (as usual, I used  Konad Special polish and normal polish)

NOTD & KOTD: Summer gradient & palm trees

Hello ladies!

It's time to show you more pictures of the gradient manicure I did for Ruxi's contest. You can still vote for me until 15th of July!

Here are the polishes I used:

From left to right: Wanna be your sunshine, Sundancer, Wake up!, Better late than never

I started with one coat of Essence - Wanna be your sunshine, then I sponged the other colors starting from the cuticles.

Here is the result:

 

Afterwards, I stamped a design using Konad Special Black Polish and a no-name image plate B26 (you can see it in "My image plate collection"  page).

Review - Image plate M76 from Bornprettystore

It's time for another review of an image plate from Bornprettystore.com: M76.

This is how the image plate looked when I received it:

You have to peel of the blue film that covers the image plate so you can use it:

I really like the designs on this image plate:

And as usual, I stamped with a special polish from Konad (the green one) and with Flormar 413. You have already seen how the butterfly design from this image plate stamps with the Essence nail polishes.

Review: M64 Image plate from Bornprettystore

How was your week? 

I've been to the seaside for the last 5 days and I just got back home.

Here, an envelope was waiting for me...

Let me show you what was inside:

This is an image plate from Bornprettystore, which they sent me for review. 

The image plate has a thin layer of plastic foil, which you can easily remove.

As you can see, the design is a perfect replica of M64 image plate from Konad. (it also has the same number)

The plate has the same dimensions as a Konad image plate and the designs are the same size. (I removed the plastic film from the plate)

I stamped each design using Flormar - 413 ( I wanted to use a normal polish, not a special stamping polish, just to show you that it works great)

  

The designs are very easy to stamp, they are clear and complete.

This is a good, cheap alternative to the original image plate.

KOTD: Ready for work!

Hello!

Some of you asked me why I haven't been posting lately. 

Well, I have two reasons: after Christmas I went on a trip to Budapest (I will post some pictures in another post). The second reason is that I started work. 

Yes, last week was my first week at my new job (and also the first week of work of my life).

Unfortunately, I had to cut all my nails (I work in a hospital so I can't have long nails), so, from now on, you will see NOTDs and designs on extremely short nails.

Here is my manicure from last week:

I used p2 - charming as a base and Essence nail art stampy polish (white for the tips and black for the design). [I bought them from Budapest along with some other nail polishes - I will show you more in another post]

What manicure do you think it's suited for work? What colors do you use?

NOTD & KOTD: OPI - Jade is the new black & M63

I wanted "Jade is the new black" since I first saw it. I must say I just love this color. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
